This review takes an indepth look at adaptogens (compounds that increase the body's protective resources) and related pharmacological groups of drugs: immunomodulators, actoprotectors, antihypoxants, antioxidants, radioprotective radiosensitizer compounds. The mechanisms biochemical characteristics drug action these medical substances are discussed in relation to their structure. Bibliography: 212 references.

The synthesis of the novel 4-(4-hydrazinylphenoxy)phthalonitrile was carried out for first time by nucleophilic aromatic displacement nitro group in 4-nitrophthalonitrile to aminophenoxy fragment with following diazotization amino and reduction diazo intermediate.The phthalonitriles containing substituted pyrazole or pyrazolone fragments were obtained reaction different 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds.The structures compounds characterized IR 1 H NMR spectroscopy.
