In plants, flavonoids are important secondary metabolites that contribute to the nutritional quality of many foods. Apple is a popular and frequently consumed food because its high flavonoid content. this study, composition content were detected compared between red- white-fleshed apples in BC1 hybrid population using ultraperformance liquid chromatography–quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry. Transcriptomic analysis was then performed RNA-seq technology. By screening differentially...
Four mechanofluorochromic (MFC) luminogenic materials were prepared and found to exhibit outstanding mechanically-induced emission enhancement (MIEE) by virtue of substituent position effects. Such can be used in OLED devices.
Two pyrene-based MCLs with sensitive and reversible mechanochromic properties different optical phenomena were prepared. One displays ACQ properties, while the other shows obvious AEE a >10-fold increased Φ FL amplitude.
Ethylene and xyloglucan endotransglucosylase/hydrolase (XTH) genes were important for fruit ripening softening in 'Taishanzaoxia' apple. In this study, we found it was ACS1-1/-1 homozygotes apple, which determined the higher transcription activity of ACS1. XTH1, XTH3, XTH4, XTH5, XTH9 mainly involved early independent ethylene, while XTH2, XTH6, XTH7, XTH8, XTH10, XTH11 predominantly late dependent on ethylene. Overexpression XTH2 XTH10 tomato resulted elevated expression ethylene...
Abstract Background Punica granatum is a fundamentally important fruit tree that has economic, medicinal and ornamental properties. At present, there are few reports on the mitochondrial genome of pomegranate. Hence, in this study P. mitogenome was sequenced assembled to further understanding organization, variation, evolution mitogenomes species. Results The structure multi-chromosomes with seven circular contigs, measuring 382,774 bp length 45.91% GC content. It contained 74 genes,...
The development of functionalized, luminescent, pyrene-based monomers has been and continues to be an area great interest in terms the design fabrication optical electronic devices. Herein, a facile strategy tune emission color chromophores established by simple functional group modification at para position diphenylamino on donor building block. Intriguing photophysical properties were obtained are described both different solutions solid state. results could explained Hammett method...
Two K-region multiple substituted pyrene-based luminogens were found to exhibit a sensitive response towards p-NA with limit of detection as low 8.58 × 10 −9 M.
The coordination and supramolecular assemblies of potassium/lanthanide cations to perhydroxycucurbit[5]uril in the presence [PMo12O40]3− anions show significant differences, which could be used for isolation light lanthanides from their heavier counterparts.
A supramolecular assembly is formed in the presence of structure-directing agent, hydroquinone (Hyq). The effect Hyq useful construction a novel which could be Q[n]-based porous material for absorption and separation.
Comprehensive Summary The primary objective of this study is to thoroughly explore the processes homogeneous nucleation in alloys and heterogeneous organic heterostructures, with ultimate goal gaining precise control over selection between two mechanisms. By using Perylene (Pe) as donor isomers tetrachlorophthalonitrile acceptors, continuously tunable luminescent colors were successfully synthesized a one‐step process. Additionally, two‐step synthesis, microcrystals triblock semi‐core/shell...
Assembly of a methyl-substituted cucurbit[6]uril derived from 3α-methyl-glycoluril (HMeQ[6]) has been studied. We have demonstrated potential applications this system based on the selective sorption volatile alcohols in polar channels, especially methanol.
A novel hemimethyl-substituted cucurbit[7]uril (HMeQ[7]) derived from 3α-methyl-glycoluril has been prepared. HMeQ[7] is readily soluble in both water and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) displays not only host–guest interaction properties similar to those of the normal but also unusual DMSO.
