Accurate measurement of the railway track geometry is a task fundamental importance to ensure quality in both construction phase and regular maintenance stage. Conventional measuring trolleys (TGMTs) combination with classical geodetic surveying apparatus such as total stations alone cannot meet requirements accuracy efficiency at same time. fast applications call for an innovative method that can measure all or most geometric parameters short time without interrupting traffic. We provide...

The integrated navigation system consisting of an inertial (INS) and Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) provides continuous high-accuracy positioning whereas the accuracy during a GNSS outage inevitably degrades owing to INS error divergence. To reduce such degradation, gated recurrent unit (GRU) adaptive Kalman filter (AKF)-based hybrid algorithm is proposed. GRU network, which has advantages high efficiency, constructed predict position variations outage. Furthermore, this paper...

We use Global Positioning System (GPS) data and kinematic block models to study the present‐day deformation of southern Tibet. GPS from 33 sites in Tibet Nepal surveyed between 1991 2000 reveal 13 ± 2 mm/yr N110°E extension Lhasa Shiquanhe (80°E–91°E), which 9.7 3.0 represents permanent Tibetan crust. The remaining ∼3 results elastic locked, curving Main Himalayan Thrust fault. This is spatially nonuniform. One half two thirds concentrated across Yadong‐Gulu rift, with an opening rate 6.5...

Abstract The Gravity Recovery And Climate Experiment (GRACE) mission has achieved a quantum leap in knowledge of the Earth's gravity field. However, current field solutions still cannot reach prelaunch baseline accuracy. One reasons for that is presence colored noise GRACE data, which typically ignored classical dynamic approach to modeling. In this research, we propose account by applying frequency‐dependent data weighting (FDDW) scheme, so enhanced estimates are produced. monthly compared...

Abstract This paper proposes an Equivariant Filtering (EqF) framework for the inertial-integrated state estimation. As kinematic system of navigation can be naturally modeled on matrix Lie group SE 2 (3), symmetry exploited to design equivariant filter which extends invariant extended Kalman filtering group-affine and overcomes inconsitency issue traditional extend filter. We firstly formulate dynamics as systems. Then, we prove left properties dynamics. Finally, earth-centered earth-fixed...

Abstract In this paper, a unified model and method to establish the velocity field of horizontal movement strain using GPS data based on principle least squares collocation are proposed. Meanwhile, some questions discussed, which include influence different reference in describing its geometric deformation meanings, scales space frequency domain described field. Then, collected from regional networks Crustal Movement Observation Network China is processed analyzed. Lastly, proposed paper...

The orthometric height (OH) system plays a key role in geodesy, and it has broad applications various fields activities. Based on general relativity theory (GRT), an arbitrary equi-geo- potential surface, there does not exist the gravity frequency shift of electromagnetic wave signal. However, between two different equi-geopotential surfaces, exists gra- vity relationship geopotential difference points P Q is referred to as equation. this equation, one can determine well OH separated either...

Star trackers are currently the most accurate spacecraft attitude sensors. As a result, they widely used in remote sensing satellites. Since traditional charge-coupled device (CCD)-based star have limited sensitivity range and dynamic range, matching process for tracker is typically not very sensitive to brightness. For active pixel sensor (APS) trackers, intensity of an imaged valuable information that can be identification process. In this paper improved brightness referenced algorithm...
