Gold(i) complexes with phosphane and thiotetrazolate ligands were prepared investigated as a new type of bioactive gold metallodrugs. The triggered very efficient inhibition the enzyme thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), which is an important molecular target for species. Strong cytotoxic effects observed in MDA-MB-231 breast adenocarcinoma HT-29 colon carcinoma cells, also caused strong vincristine resistant Nalm-6 leukemia cells. Cellular uptake studies showed elevated cellular levels containing...

A air and moisture stable square-planar trans-dichloropalladium(II) complex containing two 5-(p-tolyl)isoxazol-3-amine ligands was synthesized structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The isoxazol-3-amine ligand prepared from 5-(p-tolyl)isoxazole-3-carbaldehyde oxime successive transformations. new is a high-turnover-number catalyst for the Suzuki-Miyaura reaction with low palladium loading (0.0001-0.1%) in neat water under an atmosphere.

We report for the first time cyclic phosphine-free "head to tail" N,N,N pincer-like (pincer complexes mimicking) N-(pyrimidin-2-yl)-1,2-azole-3-carboxamide Pd(II) with deprotonated amide groups as high-turnover catalysts (TON up 106, TOF 1.2 × 107 h-1) cross-coupling reactions on background of quantitative yields under Green Chemistry conditions. The potency described catalyst family representatives was demonstrated in Suzuki-Miyaura, Mizoroki-Heck, and Sonogashira industrially practical...

Abstract Three novel 5‐ R ‐tetrazolato complexes ( = Me, Ph, 4‐Py), namely [Zn 2 (MeCN 4 ) (DMSO) ] 1 ), [Cu (PhCN (en) · 2DMSO and [Cu(4‐PyCN 4DMSO 3 were isolated as unexpected products under attempts to prepare heterometallic tetrazolates using a direct synthesis strategy in the Cu 0 ‐ZnO‐en‐RCN H‐DMSO system (en ethylenediamine). The prepared compounds characterized by elemental, single‐crystal X‐ray, thermal analyses, IR spectroscopy. Variation of 5‐substituent tetrazole ring causes...

In the title compound, CH4N6, tetrazole ring is planar to within 0.001 (1) Å. The 5-amino group conjugated with π-system of ring. contrast, N atom 1-amino sp3 hybridized and not π system All H atoms are localized at exocyclic atoms. molecules connected by N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, forming an infinite three-dimensional framework.

A facile method for the preparation of novel capping ligand 5-(2-mercaptoethyl)-1H-tetrazole stabilization water-soluble nanocrystals was developed. This effective synthetic procedure is based on cycloaddition sodium azide to 3,3'-dithiobis(propionitrile) followed by reductive cleavage a S-S bond with triphenylphosphine. The structure synthesized compound confirmed single-crystal X-ray analysis. target tetrazole successfully applied direct aqueous synthesis CdTe and Au nanocrystals. capped...
