A series of novel luminescent materials Ca 10 M(PO 4 ) 7 :Eu 2+ (M: Li, Na, K) were synthesized by the solid-state reaction. The previous literatures indicate that doped different alkali metal ions can only lead to regular shift emission and excitation spectra. Howerver, in this paper, we found result these three kinds phosphors showed huge differences between spectra intensity as well positions peaks. No any regulars be found. In order explore it, crystal structure, performance...
Sc 0.88 Lu 0.05 (V 1-x P x )O 4 :Eu 3+ 0.07 (0≤x≤0.5) phosphors were synthesized by co-precipitation method. The structure, morphology and luminescence spectra of samples investigated XRD, SEM fluorescence spectrophotometer, respectively. doped with Eu , PO 3- can maintain the body-centered tetragonal structure ScVO essentially remains unchanged slight agglomeration. excitation spectrum intensity increase within near UV (360-410nm). optimum doping concentration is 0.2(x value), maximum...
