Background Dexmedetomidine enhances the quality and duration of lidocaine intravenous regional anaesthesia (IVRA). However, two administration routes have not been directly compared regarding effects on tourniquet tolerance time with IVRA. Additionally, it remains unclear whether prolonged stems from direct peripheral action dexmedetomidine or indirect systemic analgesic effects.
Purpose Hypertension is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease, and the prevalence of hypertension tends to increase with age. Current treatments have side effects poor adherence. Qigong has been studied as an alternative therapy hypertension; however, types qigong used in those studies were diverse, there not many well-designed randomized controlled trials. Our objective evaluate on blood pressure, health status hormone levels preor mild hypertension.
