In the present work, a dedicated experimental study of lifetimes in Te and Sb isotopes was undertaken at 9 MV Tandem accelerator IFIN-HH. Beams 11B 35 MeV impinged on natAg target to populate nuclei interest their decay using activation method. The emitted gamma rays charged particles were detected by ROSPHERE SORCERER arrays. Lifetimes decaying isomeric ground states 117Te 115,117Sb measured. results update existing literature data from half century ago employing new reaction mechanism...

This work focuses on the lifetime measurement and spectroscopic properties of 182W. The mass region around this nucleus is significant interest due to its unexplored nature presence intriguing structural phenomena, including deformation, shape changes, coexistence. Experimental measurements were conducted in National Laboratory IFIN-HH Romania, focused study 182W isotope using Differential Decay Curve Method (DDCM), a similar approach for Recoil Distance Doppler Shift (RDDS) method....

The neutron–deficient region around the Z=50 major shell closure provides fertile grounds for nuclear structure studies, as single–particle degrees of freedom compete with collective phenomena to form several observed spectroscopic properties. This work reports on progress and preliminary results a recent experiment performed at IFIN–HH, in Magurele, Romania, focused measurement lifetimes excited states Te isotopes, by means Fast Electronic Scintillation Timing (FEST, or fast–timing)...

The even-even Ytterbium isotopes lack spectroscopic information with the increase of neutron number and they are well deformed nuclei, presenting rotational properties. In this mass region nuclear chart predictions have shown rare phenomena related to structure, such as shape coexistence. work population excited states were investigated in Yb via 2n-transfer reaction 168-174Yb (18O, 16O) 170-176Yb. measurements carried out at 9 MV Tandem accelerator Horia Hulubei National Institute Physics...
