Thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) is a widely employed clinical procedure for treating various pathologies. However, some patients require subsequent surgical interventions post-TEVAR, particularly due to life-threatening complications such as dissection. This study aimed evaluate the safety and prognosis associated with additional surgeries following TEVAR.
