Abstract Background Chloroplast genome resources can provide useful information for the evolution of plant species. Tea ( Camellia sinensis ) is among most economically valuable member . Here, we determined chloroplast first natural triploid Chinary type tea (‘Wuyi narcissus’ cultivar var. , CWN and conducted comparison with diploid CSS two types Assamica teas assamica : Chinese tea, CSA Indian CIA ). Further, evolutionary mechanism relationships species based on were discussed. Results...

An efficient, one-pot approach has been established for synthesizing a wide range of 3-amino-[1,2,4]-triazolo pyridines and related heterocycles from the electrochemically induced desulfurative cyclization 2-hydrazinopyridines with isothiocyanates. The protocol allows formation C–N bonds under simple conditions without transition metals or external oxidants. practicability this strategy is demonstrated by its broad substrate scope, good functional group compatibility, gram-scale synthesis....

Abstract Intra-tumor heterogeneity (ITH) is a compounding factor for cancer prognosis and treatment. Single-cell DNA sequencing (scDNA-seq) provides cellular resolution of the variations in cell has been widely used to study progression responses drug While low coverage scDNA-seq technologies typically large number cells, accurate clustering essential effectively characterizing ITH. Existing methods are based on either single nucleotide (SNV) or copy alterations (CNA), without leveraging...

Statins, a class of drugs that can effectively remove cholesterol from serum, are used to regulate plasma total and reduce the risk cardiovascular diseases, but it is still unclear whether drug modulated by gut microbiota or structures shaped statins. We investigated interactions between statins human during in vitro fermentation process 16S rRNA gene sequencing, gas chromatography (GC), high-performance liquid (HPLC) analyses. The presence fluvastatin (FLU2) specifically promoted growth...

Deinagkistrodon acutus is a venomous pit viper commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine; farming these snakes has become major industry. In 2017, an outbreak of fatal diarrhoea among farm-raised D. Hunan Province caused the deaths 5,600 within 3 weeks. We isolated brand-new sequence type Aeromonas hydrophila (ST516) from lesions and confirmed that this bacterium was causal agent outbreak. Snakes infected with laboratory showed similar clinical symptoms to those original also tested...

Abstract With the rapid advancement and generation of spatial transcriptomics (ST), integrating data from multiple ST slices is increasingly crucial for joint slice analysis. Nevertheless, tasks learning embeddings identifying shared unique cell/domain types across remain challenging. To address this, we introduce a method called MaskGraphene, purpose better aligning different using both self-supervised contrastive learning. MaskGraphene learns to capture geometric information efficiently....

Bacterial surface proteins can be good vaccine candidates. In the present study, we used polyclonal antibodies purified with intact Erysipelothrix rhusiopthiae to screen phage-displayed random dodecapeptide and loop-constrained heptapeptide libraries, which led identification of mimotopes. Homology search mimotope sequences against rhusiopthiae-encoded ORF revealed 14 new antigens that may localize on rhusiopthiae. When these putative were immunize mice, 9/11 induced protective immunity....

The was 157,077 bp in length, a large single copy (LSC) region 86,633 bp, small single-copy (SSC) 18,282 separated by two inverted repeat (IR) regions 26,081 each. It contained total 137 genes, an overall GC content 37.29%. phylogenetic analysis showed that DHP sister to C. Longjing.

Colorectal polyps, which are characterized by a high recurrence rate, represent preneoplastic conditions of the intestine. Due to unclear mechanisms pathogenesis, first-line therapies for non-hereditary recurrent colorectal polyps limited endoscopic resection. Although recent studies suggest mechanistic link between intestinal dysbiosis and exact compositions roles bacteria in mucosa around lesions, rather than feces, remain unsettled.
