With the rapid development of population ageing, international community has been paying more attention to health problems older adults and age-friendly community. But there not enough discussion about internal mechanism community-built environment that influences adults. The aim our study was explore complex relationships among environment, social participation, outdoor exercise, adults, as well differences in different income groups, particular paid situation low-income group.
