We present three-dimensional profilometry based on triangulation in which a hexagonal pattern is projected the object. We acoustically measured the energy level for thermally activated conduction (TAC) in high-resistivity Fe-doped GaN using non-contacting antenna-transmission acoustic-resonance method. A new technique for gamma-ray and X-ray spectral analyses is described. It employs an artificial neural network in order to meet requirements of easiness, compactness promptness the analysis.
