We report the case of a 9-month-old female infant who presented with history enlarging chest wall mass secondary to lipoblastoma intrathoracic extension. The baby was successfully treated surgical resection. Chest lipoblastomas extension are quite uncommon, few reports available date.

Congenital infantile fibrosarcoma is a rare malignant soft tissue tumor, accounting for less than 1%-2% of childhood cancers. Although it can arise from any body part, an abdominal wall origin exceptionally rare. This case report presents congenital originating the wall. To best our knowledge, this only second reported fibrosarcoma. Unlike adult fibrosarcoma, has good prognosis with metastasis. Early diagnosis and management are critical improving outcomes in such cases.
