Hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC) is a derivative of with lyotropic liquid crystal property and thermochromism. We took advantage HPC combined it thermoresponsive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) hydrogel to fabricate an anisotropic single-domain by mechanical shearing. The prepared long-range ordered HPC–PNIPAM hydrogels show bright uniform interference colors between crossed polarizers, which are stimulus-responsive both temperature ionic strength. In particular, the oriented has wide...

Periodontitis is an inflammatory disease initiated by periodontopathogenic bacteria in the dental plaque biofilms. Understanding role of Porphyromonas gingivalis ( P. ), a keystone pathogen associated with chronic periodontitis, response crucial. Herein, we investigated whether infection triggers expression type I IFN gene and various cytokines leads to activation cGAMP synthase–stimulator genes (cGAS-STING) pathway both vitro mouse model. Additionally, experimental model periodontitis using...

Postoperative delirium is common after general anesthesia in older patients. However, there are currently no effective preventive measures. This study investigated the effect of repeated intranasal administration different insulin doses before surgery on postoperative patients with esophageal cancer, and possible mechanism for its efficacy. In this randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, parallel-group study, 90 were randomly assigned to either a Control (normal saline), Insulin 1 (20...

L-type Ca(2+) channels (LTCCs), the heteromultimeric proteins, are associated with electrical signaling and provide key link between signals non-electrical processes. 1,4-Dihydropyridine (DHP) derivatives a major class of blockers for LTCCs, have experienced widespread use in treatment cardiovascular diseases. However, precise knowledge binding mechanism these ligands to LTCCs at atomic level has remained unknown because unavailability crystal structures LTCCs. In this study, homology...

Abstract Propagation of a few-cycle laser pulse in dense V-type three-level atomic medium is investigated by the numerical solution full Maxwell–Bloch equations without rotating wave and slowly varying envelope approximations, obtained using predictor–corrector method finite-difference time-domain method. It shown that, due to strength electric field induced macroscopic polarization being stronger than that dilute influence near dipole–dipole (NDD) interaction, time evolution remarkably...

This paper proposes a novel method of multi-beam laser heterodyne measurement for metal linear expansion coefficient. Based on the Doppler effect and technology, information is loaded length variation to frequency difference signal by modulation oscillating mirror, this can obtain many values caused temperature after demodulation simultaneously. Processing these weighted-average, it accurately, eventually value coefficient calculation. used simulate rod under different temperatures MATLAB,...

Multi-beam laser heterodyne measurement of glass thiclcness is based on technology and Doppler technology. We deduced the harmonic expression photodetector output current, discussed feasibility theory method which make use non-contact multi-beam to increase precision thickness measurement, made simulation in different situation with Matlab. The results showed that maximum error 0.3% at incidence angles flat has an obvious advantage accuracy over other methods.

The effect of spontaneously generated coherence (SGC) on transient evolution gain lasing without inversion (LWI) and modulation roles the injection rate ratio exit SGC-dependent in an open Ladder type three level system are studied by using numerical solution density matrix motion equation system. It was shown that: variation SGC strength will make final stationary gains having a considerable changing; when incoherent pumping presents, LWI increases with rates decreasing, however, is absent,...

In an open ladder-type resonant atomic system, variation in relative phase between probe and driving fields does not affect the transient evolution of populations, but it has remarkable effects on gain dispersion field. No matter whether incoherent pump is present or absent, stationary gains without inversion (GWI) always can be obtained by choosing appropriate value phase. When values GWIs are much larger time interval required to reach longer than those when present. Varying exit rate...

This paper studies the propagation effect in a closed lambda-type three-level atomic system with Doppler broadening. It is shown that, broadening due to motion and associated driving field depletion along active medium decreases obviously gain output of lasing without inversion (LWI); relative phase between probe fields has remarkable modulation role on LWI when presents; by choosing suitable value phase, we can get largest LWI.
