A method for the enantioselective construction of hydrocarbazole skeletons through dearomative [4 + 2] annulation 3-nitroindoles with Nazarov reagents is reported. The reactions use multiple hydrogen-bonding bifunctional thiourea as catalyst and are highly diastereo- (up to >20:1 dr >99% ee). protocol was demonstrated by preparative-scale experiment versatile conversion products. in plays a pivotal role reactivity stereoselectivity.
Brevianamide J (1), a new indole alkaloid dimer, was isolated together with four diketopiperazine alkaloids (brevianamide K−N, 2−5) from the solid-state fermented culture of Aspergillus versicolor. Their structures were elucidated on basis spectral data. X-ray crystallographic analysis confirmed 1 and 4.
Tetrahydro-4H-chromenes were synthesizedviaan efficient one-pot three-component protocol by supramolecular catalysis with β-cyclodextrin in water.
A palladium-catalyzed annulation reaction of 2-iodobiphenyls with 2-halogenoanilines has been developed. variety and can undergo this transformation. Diversified tribenzo[b,d,f]azepine derivatives be synthesized in moderate to excellent yields according method.
A comparative study of our established synthetic approaches to hexasubsituted triphenylenes 2,3-dicarboxylic esters containing four identical β-alkoxy and two adjacent β-alkoxycarbonyl side chains shows that the phase behaviours small-sized discotic liquid crystals can be tailored over a wide range by simply varying length peripheral alkyl chains. All prepared in series were observed form single hexagonal columnar phase, except for Tp4-1 having β-butyloxy β-methoxycarbonyl which displays...
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are typical air pollutants as well gaseous wastes that contain energy.
Abstract The volatile compounds emitted from Mosla chinensis Maxim were analyzed by headspace solid‐phase microextraction (HS‐SPME) and liquid‐phase (HS‐LPME) combined with gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry (GC‐MS). main volatiles studied in this paper. It can be seen that 61 separated identified. Forty‐nine identified SPME method, mainly including myrcene, α ‐terpinene, p ‐cymene, ( E )‐ocimene, thymol, thymol acetate )‐ β ‐farnesene. Forty‐five major LPME ‐thujene, ‐pinene, camphene,...
A new secondary metabolite, 2-O-methylalternariol 4-O-β-[4-methoxyl-glucopyranoside] (1), together with four known compounds alternariol methyl ether (2), altenuene (3), isoaltenuene (4) and 2-(2′S-hydroxypropyl)-5-methyl-7-hydroxychromone (5), was isolated from the fungus Alternaria alternate cib-137. Its structure elucidated on basis of spectroscopic data. Compounds 3 4 demonstrated moderate activity against Staphylococcus aureus.
