Meiyu-front rainstorm is one of the main disastrous weather events in summer East China. In this study, seven assimilation experiments multi-type observation data such as wind profile data, microwave radiometer and radiosonde sounding are designed to forecast on 15 June 2020. The results show that can basically simulate orientation rain belt. comprehensive experiment which assimilates all types observations performs best simulating location heavy shows good performance precipitation above...
Steady meteorological conditions are important external factors affecting air pollution. In order to analyze how adverse variables affect pollution, surface synoptic situation patterns and during heavy pollution episodes discussed. The results showed that there were 78 RPHPDs (regional PM2.5 days) in Jiangsu, with a decreasing trend year by year. Winter had the most stable conditions, thus appeared winter, followed autumn summer, least days spring. classified into three patterns,...
Abstract Using regional climate Model version 4.6, two sets of numerical experiments were designed to investigate the response atmospheric circulation symmetric sea surface temperature anomalies (SSTAs) associated with decadal variability in Kuroshio Extension (KE) under different backgrounds winter. The results show that atmosphere SSTAs exhibits an asymmetric baroclinic structure related stable state KE and equivalent barotropic unstable background climatology. diabatic heating cumulus...
Abstract Neural Process (NP) fully combines the advantages of neural network and Gaussian (GP) to provide an efficient method for solving regression problems. Nonetheless, limited by dimensionality latent variable, NP has difficulty fitting observed data completely predicting targets perfectly. To remedy these drawbacks, authors propose a concise effective improvement path NP, which term Multi‐Latent Variables (MLNP). MLNP samples multiple variables integrates representations corresponding...
The Arctic’s navigation and utilization have garnered global interest due to the economic strategic significance of its open shipping routes. feasibility cost-effectiveness Arctic wind power generation depend largely on potential energy, which in turn influences construction new ports. In order effectively harness polar we must understand adapt ever-changing rules. This study leverages ERA5′s 40-year field data estimate Theil–Sen Median slope perform Mann–Kendall trend analysis. We consider...
