Abstract Here an excellent trimodality imaging‐guided synergistic photothermal therapy (PTT)/photodynamic (PDT)/chemodynamic (CDT) is proposed. To this end, a mixed‐metal Cu/Zn‐metal‐organic framework (MOF) first assembled at room temperature on nano‐scale. Interestingly, heating the MOF results in Cu +/2+ ‐coexisting hollow porous structure. Subsequent treatment used to integrate Mn 2+ and MnO 2 presence of manganese(II) acetylacetonate. The composite achieves efficient loading...
Herein, we revealed the factors that affect emission in mixed-ligand metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with combination of terephthalic acid (BDC), 2-aminoterephthalic (BDC-NH2), and 2,5-dihydroxylterephthalic [BDC-(OH)2] as models. The -NH2 -(OH)2 groups change π-conjugation luminescence behaviors than BDC, so ligands show different optical behaviors. Zn2+ ion a 3d10 full electronic structure shows little effect on ligand is selected metal node. We found BDC weak incompatible to BDC-NH2, only...
Reactive oxygen species (ROS)-involved photodynamic therapy (PDT) and chemodynamic (CDT) hold great promise for tumor treatment. However, hypoxia, insufficient H2O2, overexpressed glutathione (GSH) in the microenvironment (TME) hinder ROS generation significantly. Herein, we reported CaO2@Cu-TCPP/CUR with O2/H2O2/Ca2+ self-supply GSH depletion enhanced PDT/CDT Ca2+ overload synergistic therapy. CaO2 nanospheres were first prepared used as templates guiding coordination between carboxyl of...
The dearth of antibiotic candidates against Gram-negative bacteria and the rise resistance create a global health concern. challenge lies in unique bacterial outer membrane that provides impermeable barrier for antibiotics sequesters antigen presentation. We designed transformable nano-antibiotics (TNA) can transform from nontoxic nanoparticles to bactericidal nanofibrils with reasonable rigidity (Young's modulus, 21.6 ± 5.9 MPa) after targeting β-barrel assembly machine A (BamA) lipid...
Abstract Morphology and size of the nanoparticles are highly related to properties; establishing a library summarize relationship between morphology/size property is very helpful for associated applications. However, NaYF 4 thus correlation morphology still absent. Here presented their morphologies structures illustrated at atomic scale first time. How about crystal formation affects further used guide property. Through rational doping, upconversion luminescence, magnetic resonance (MR)...
A luminescent nanoprobe capable of orthogonal sensing two independent events is highly significant for unbiased disease-related detection such as the senescent cells. Moreover, it invaluable that possesses a two-photon excitable characteristic suitable imaging living cells and tissues. Herein, we present two-photon-excitable multiluminescent orthogonal-sensing (OS nanoprobe) detecting both pH elevation β-galactosidase (β-gal) overexpression in In design, Zr-based dual-emissive metal-organic...
