Abstract This paper presents a miniaturized broadband microstrip patch antenna with simple geometry. The radiation of this comprises two rectangular patches slightly different sizes, one side each is grounded by metal via‐holes. Two are connected line and fed single port. produce closely resonant frequencies achieving performance. operates on the method short‐circuiting side. Metal via‐holes act as short‐circuit wall allowing to operate in TM 0.5,0 mode. size 1/4 wavelength only half...
Lower hybrid wave (LHW)-plasma coupling experiments in HT-7 [J. K. Xie and Group, Proceedings of the 16th International Conference on Fusion Energy, Montreal, 1996 (IAEA, Trieste, 1997), Vol. 1, p. 685] were carried out by means puffing gas (CD4 D2) just around antenna. Both show that wave-plasma is improved puffing. The maximum distance between plasma antenna limited to about 8 cm due disruption. variation lined averaged density different channels gives a possible evidence mechanism...
