Although conventional intervention to microglia can mitigate neuroinflammation in the short term, immune disorders by peripheral inflammatory cells infiltrate continuously, resulting an overactivated microenvironment of Parkinson's disease (PD). Here, we design engineered extracellular vesicle-based nanoformulations (EVNs) address multiple factors for management PD. Specifically, EVN is developed coating CCR2-enriched mesenchymal stem cell-derived vesicles (MSC

In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, credit bond market has accumulated great risks. Under background increasing regulatory pressure, frequent defaults and external "black swan" events, liquidity depletion events occur from time to time, which in turn leads pricing failure hinders normal operation market. Based on LSSVM model, this study combines nonlinear time-varying characteristics market, optimizes risk detection method, analyzes performance model through empirical...

Neuroinflammation is a critical factor in the progression of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury (CIRI). Pyroptosis, which an inflammatory form programmed cell death, greatly amplifies neuroinflammatory processes. It does so by promoting release various contents that intensify overall response within central nervous system. Therefore, targeting pyroptosis represents promising therapeutic strategy for treatment CIRI. Excessive generation reactive oxygen species (ROS) overactivated microglia...

We report a copper metallaphotocatalytic 1,2-difunctionalization of terminal alkynes with N-hydroxyphthalimide (NHP) esters and readily available silyl reagents (TMSCN TMSNCS) to access stereodefined trisubstituted alkenes, including (E)-alkenyl nitriles thiocyanates. The reaction proceeds excellent anti-stereoselectivity demonstrates broad compatibility wide range NHP as alkyl radical precursors. Experimental computational studies have been performed gain insight into the mechanism.

As a novel X-ray focusing technology, lobster eye micro-pore optics (MPO) feature both wide observing field of view and true imaging capability, promising sky monitoring with significantly improved sensitivity spatial resolution in soft X-rays. Since first proposed by Angel (1979), the have been extensively studied, developed trialed over past decades. In this Letter, we report on first-light results from flight experiment Lobster Eye Imager for Astronomy ($LEIA$), pathfinder wide-field...
