Changji'an Formula (CJAF) is a Chinese herbal compound, which effective against irritable bowel syndrome with predominant diarrhea (IBS-D) in clinic. However, the molecular mechanism has not been well defined. In current study, potential targets and signaling pathways of CJAF IBS-D were predicted using network pharmacology analysis. The pharmacological mechanisms validated by an mouse model induced enema trinitrobenzene-sulfonic acid (TNBS) plus restraint stress further intervened CJAF. A...
Skin and soft tissue infections (SSTIs) are a group of common diseases, usually caused by bacteria. Shangke Huangshui (SK) has been widely used to treat various SSTIs diseases for many years, but its mechanism is unclear. Therefore, this study was designed investigate the anti-infective effect SK on different skin infection explore underlying mechanism. The subcutaneous abscess mouse model, dermal ulcer rat infectious injury model were established injection Staphylococcus aureus evaluate...

Objective To establish a method for the identification of Yisang Suoniao tablets by TLC. Methods Alpiniae Oxyphyllae, Radix Linderae and Rhizoma Dioscoreae were identified TLC.Results The charater speckles can be founded in TLC atlas, which not negative reference substance. Conclusion is reliable, reproducible feasible, used quality control tablets. Key words: Yisang tablets; TLC; Alpiniae Oxyphyllae; Radix Linderae; Rhizoma
