Abstract MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a recently discovered category of small RNA molecules that regulate gene expression at the post‐transcriptional level. Accumulating evidence indicates miRNAs aberrantly expressed in variety human cancers and inhibition these oncogenic could find application therapy different types cancer. Herein, we describe synthesis biological evaluation new small‐molecule drugs target production. In particular, chose to two (i.e., miRNA‐372 ‐373) implicated various cancer,...
MicroRNAs are key factors in the regulation of gene expression and their deregulation has been directly linked to various pathologies such as cancer. The use small molecules tackle overexpression oncogenic miRNAs proved its efficacy holds promise for therapeutic applications. Here we describe screening a 640-compound library identification polyamine derivatives interfering with vitro Dicer-mediated processing miR-372 precursor (pre-miR-372). most active inhibitor is spermine-amidine...
Neomycin–nucleobase–amino acid conjugates bind to pre-miR-372 and inhibit Dicer-mediated processing thus leading decreased levels of oncogenic miR-372 in vitro in gastric adenocarcinoma cells.
A new compound, physalucoside (1), together with seven withanolides (2–8) and three flavonoids (9–11), were isolated from Physalis angulata L. (Solanaceae), a medicinal plant native to Vietnam. The chemical structures of these compounds elucidated by one- two-dimensional NMR spectra, high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry analyses, reactivity. anti-inflammatory cytotoxic activities also evaluated. These data suggest that the activity P. is due primarily its withanolide...

The discovery of new original scaffolds for selective RNA targeting is one the main challenges current medicinal chemistry since therapeutically relevant RNAs represent potential targets a number pathologies. Recent efforts have been devoted to search ligands biogenesis oncogenic miRNAs whose overexpression has directly linked development various cancers. In this work, we developed series miRNA based on 2-deoxystreptamine scaffold. latter part aminoglycoside neomycin and known play an...
Moringa oleifera is commonly referred to as the “tree of life” due its high nutrient content and valuable biological activities. Widely found in tropical zones, this plant usually used local cuisine, cosmetic products nutraceuticals. In paper, we explored potential leaf alcoholic extract a bioactive ingredient sunscreen. Characterizations were firstly investigated, including total polyphenol content, antioxidant activity. Formulations containing creams then created order examine ability...
Persicaria runcinata is reported from Lai Chau provinces in Northern Vietnam, representing the first record of this species and genus country. Detailed photographic illustrations studied specimens are provided. A key to Vietnamese genera Polygonaceae presented.

The cashew apple (Anacardium occidentale L.), is a pseudofruit that grows alongside the nut (true fruit) on tree. good source of nutrients and bioactive compounds. However, it highly perishable has an astringent, unpalatable taste, which limited utilisation apples in food industry. study focused evaluating impact various extraction methods (hydraulic pressing, screw blending) quality juice wine also aimed to compare effects using gelatin powder versus solution for astringent tannin removal....
Associative relationships among mangrove species and macroinvertebrate were analysed for ecosystems of Xuan Thuy National Park. Census with allometric measurements was conducted in selected plots, census quadrats inside plots. Correlational analysis allometrically estimated aboveground biomass population examined by clustering method. High level similarity resulted specific annual seasonal basis. Moreover, indicator is proposed based on value index method.
