We describe a procedure for the determination of roots functions satisfying second-order ordinary differential equations, including classical special functions. The scheme is based on combination Prüfer transform with Taylor series method solution equations and requires $O(1)$ operations each root. When in question are orthogonal polynomials (Legendre, Hermite, etc.), techniques presented here also provide tools evaluation weights associated Gaussian quadratures. performance several (prolate...

In this paper, a class of multi-term time fractional advection diffusion equations (MTFADEs) is considered. By finite difference method in temporal direction and element spatial direction, two fully discrete schemes MTFADEs with different definitions on derivative are obtained. The stability convergence these numerical discussed. Next, V-cycle multigrid proposed to solve the resulting linear systems. investigated. Finally, some examples given for verification our theoretical analysis.

Skin diseases, a significant category in the medical field, have always been challenging to diagnose and high misdiagnosis rate. Deep learning for skin disease classification has considerable value clinical diagnosis treatment. This study proposes model based on multi-scale channel attention. The network architecture of consists three main parts: an input module, four processing blocks, output module. Firstly, improved pyramid segmentation attention module extract features image entirely....

Abstract Background Orf virus (ORFV) is the etiological agent of contagious pustular dermatitis and prototype genus Parapoxvirus (PPV). It causes a severe exanthematous that afflicts domestic wild small ruminants. Case presentation In present study, an outbreak proliferative in farmed goats. The presence ORFV tissue scrapings from lips was confirmed by B2L gene polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification. molecular characterization performed using PCR amplification, DNA sequencing...

Sheeppoxvirus (SPPV), goatpoxvirus (GTPV) and lumpy skin disease virus (LSDV) of cattle belong to the Capripoxvirus genus Poxviridae family can cause significant economic losses in countries where they are endemic. Despite considerable threat that these viruses pose livestock production global trade sheep, goats, their products, convenient effective serodiagnostic tools not readily available. Toward this goal, two synthetic peptides corresponding major antigen P32 were synthesized. These...

Abstract Background Orf virus (ORFV) causes orf (also known as contagious ecthyma or contagiouspapular dermatitis), a severe infectious skin disease in goats, sheep andother ruminants. Therefore, rapid, highly specific and accurate method forthe diagnosis of ORFV infections is essential to ensure that the appropriatetreatments are administered reduce economic losses. Methods A loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) assay based on theidentification F1L gene was developed for detection...

As a zoonotic infectious disease, orf outbreaks have been reported in China recent years. However, molecular epidemiology analysis has not performed for Chinese virus (ORFV) strains. Here, we identified 13 ORFVs from goats and sheep between 2009 2011. Thirty-four complete B2L sequences were used to construct phylogenetic tree elucidate the of ORFV China. Nucleotide genes clinical samples attenuated vaccine strains aligned compared. Three genotypes found by analysis. Amino acid substitutions...

Seneca Valley Virus (SVV) is an oncolytic virus of the Picornaviridae family, which has emerged in recent years. The impact SVV on host cell translation remains unknown. Here, we showed, for first time, that infection cleaved poly(A) binding protein cytoplasmic 1 (PABPC1). In SVV-infected cells, 50 kDa N terminal band and 25 C PABPC1 were detected. Further study showed viral protease, 3Cpro induced cleavage by its protease activity. strains with inactive point mutants (H48A, C160A or...
