Three-dimensional (3D) chromatin structure is an emerging paradigm for understanding gene regulation mechanisms. Hi-C (high-throughput conformation capture), a method to detect long-range interactions, allows extensive genome-wide investigation of 3D structure. However, broad application data have been hindered by the level complexity in processing and large size raw sequencing data. In order overcome these limitations, we constructed database named 3DIV (a 3D-genome Interaction Viewer...

Abstract Electrocatalytic water splitting is regarded as one of the most promising strategies for producing clean and sustainable energy sources (H 2 O ) in cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) anodic oxygen (OER), respectively. Currently, transition metal nanoparticles (NPs) such commercial Pt/C, IrO 2, RuO are still popular catalysts industrial‐level HER OER processes. However, both high cost low atomic utilization NPs can not satisfy requirements economy green chemistry. Compared...

Hibiscus syriacus (L.) (rose of Sharon) is one the most widespread garden shrubs in world. We report a draft H. genome comprised 1.75 Gb assembly that covers 92% with only 1.7% (33 Mb) gap sequences. Predicted gene modeling detected 87,603 genes, mostly supported by deep RNA sequencing data. To define family distribution among relatives syriacus, orthologous sets containing 164,660 genes 21,472 clusters were identified OrthoMCL analysis five plant species, including Arabidopsis thaliana,...

Three-dimensional (3D) genome organization is tightly coupled with gene regulation in various biological processes and diseases. In cancer, types of large-scale genomic rearrangements can disrupt the 3D genome, leading to oncogenic expression. However, unraveling pathogenicity cancer remains a challenge since closer examinations have been greatly limited due lack appropriate tools specialized for disorganized higher-order chromatin structure. Here, we updated 3D-genome Interaction Viewer...
