Liver cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers globally, with approximately 90% primary liver being hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC). However, current systemic treatment options (whether monotherapy or combination therapy) are limited and offer only modest survival benefits. The effectiveness a drug largely determined by its concentration at target site. Therefore, an effective delivery system must enhance accumulation site, enable selective release there, facilitate escape from lysosomes....

Background Insulin resistance (IR) and lipotoxicity were evidenced as the major nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) initiators. Absence of effective treatment against NASH progression raised our aim to discover a new fraction rich in glucosinolates (GLS) hydrolysis products from Diceratella elliptica (DC.) Jonsell, with promising insulin sensitizing activity & anti‐NASH potentiality. Purpose Our study aimed extract prepare nitriles (NRF) investigate its insulin‐sensitizing Study Design...

Because of low immunogenicity, ease modification, and inherent biosafety, peptides have been well recognized as vehicles to deliver therapeutic agents targeted regions with improved pharmacokinetic characteristics. Enzyme-responsive self-assembled (ERSAPs) show superiority over their naive forms due enhanced targeting efficacy long-retention property. In this review, we summarized recent advances in the application ERSAPs, mainly focusing on self-therapeutic properties potential different drugs.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of high resolution ultrasound combined with radiological imaging in diagnosis Meckel′s diverticulitis (MD), and to analyze causes missed as well misdiagnosis by ultrasound. Methods The image data 61 patients MD were retrospectively analyzed, essentials summarized compared results operation, CT, gastrointestinal contrast, radionuclide. Results The divided into simple type(18, 29.5%) complex type(43, 70.5%) according ultrasonography. The...

Objective To discuss CT examination in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal perforation (GP). Methods All data 13 adult patients with GP were reviewed retrospectively. Results In all cases, gastric occurred 5 cases, duodenal 7,and traumatic duodenal avulsion 1.CT findings included gas accumulation under recess xiphoid, gas area lesser omentum, gas peritoneal cavity, and seroperitoneum. Conclusion As a non-invasive means for abdomen,CT can discover whether there is dissociative or not and estimate...
