Overactive bladder (OAB) syndrome has a significant impact on quality of life, and vibegron emerged as therapeutic option. This study aims to evaluate the safety profile in disproportionality analysis by analyzing adverse event (AE) reports from Food Drug Administration Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) database. We conducted retrospective FAERS database January 2021 September 2023. After duplicate removal thorough screening, 1137 vibegron-related AE were identified. analyzed these for...

1. The action of metiamide, a specific histamine H2‐receptor antagonist, on the acid secretory response to various gastric stimuli in perfused isolated whole mouse stomach is described. 2. Two kinds preparations, non‐distended and distended stomach, were used. gave marked dose‐related (10(‐6) 10(‐3) M), pentagastrin (10(‐8) 10(‐5) acetylcholine (5 X eserine (10(‐5) M) dibutyryl cyclic AMP M). In nondistended regularly stimulated secretion dose‐dependent manner; contrast AMP, histamine, or...

Abstract Carbenoxolone produced a marked and dose-related inhibition of ethanol-induced gastric lesions in rats. This cytoprotective action was inhibited progressively significantly by increasing doses indomethacin. The evidence presented confirms previous suggestions that prostaglandin(s) are involved the carbenoxolone.

Introduction: In recent years, significant progress has been made in regenerative medicine, specifically using mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) due to their and differentiating abilities. An exciting development this area is the utilization of exosomes derived from MSCs, which have shown promise tissue restoration, immune system modulation, cancer treatment.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical values of 4 types ceramides (Cer1, Cer2, Cer3, Cer4) in coronary artery stenosis, diagnosis and risk prediction. Methods: A total 890 patients with heart disease (CHD) Beijing Anzhen Hospital between March 2018 August were enrolled. The relationships different degrees stenosis ceramide levels was investigated. Diagnostic value on acute myocardial infarction analyzed. Meanwhile, Major adverse cardiac cerebrovascular events (MACCE) 1 year after discharging...
