目的 分析小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米治疗心力衰竭的效果。 方法 将本院2016年1月至2017年4月收治的72例心力衰竭患者纳入本研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组呋塞米治疗,观察组小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米治疗,分析、比较两组治疗效果、心功能改善情况、治疗后转归情况。 结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(94.4%比72.2%),心功能改善情况优于对照组,肾功能恶化、利尿剂抵抗发生率低于对照组,观察组无死亡病例。 结论 小剂量多巴胺与呋塞米联合治疗心力衰竭患者效果理想,值得推广。
