Background: With respect to endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR), the development of advanced techniques and devices, namely, Cook Zenith Gore Excluder, has helped overcome device-related problems, including device migration. Deformities abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAAs) can influence long-term outcome EVAR. The post-implantation behavior stent grafts in AAAs with a severely angulated neck (SAN) was examined. Methods Results: Among 190 AAA patients who underwent EVAR, 46 had SAN more than 60...

A complete theory is developed in Part I of these two papers for the analysis oscillating airfoils cascade uniform incompressible flows. The fully accounts geometry and parameters. It shown that strong mean velocity gradient near leading edges significantly affects unsteady pressure, forces moments acting upon airfoils. In II aeroelastic characteristics a loaded are investigated one degrees freedom oscillations.

Ruptured tibioperoneal trunk aneurysms are rare, and Klebsiella pneumoniae is seldom reported as a causative bacterium of infectious aneurysms. We report case pseudoaneurysm caused by hypermucoviscous K. infection. The aneurysm ruptured bled into the abscess cavity lower leg. Endovascular coil embolization was performed, successfully excluded. After procedure, collateral circulation maintained, infection controlled. The fully accounts the effect of attack flow, airfoils’ thickness and camber, solidity stagger. formulation leads to two singular integral equations complex plane which are solved numerically by collocation. results show that certain values angle, incidence have significant influence on unsteady lift moment particularly staggered cascades.
