Objective: To investigate the influence of education level on mental condition and medical coping modes in elderlies, which may provide some evidence for care health management. Methods: Clinical Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ) were applied to evaluate 160 elderlies who randomly chosen from outpatients a hospital Shenyang. The patients divided into 2 groups by levels, highly educated group (n=71) non-highly (n=89). Scores two questionnaires compared...

Background: The coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) outbreak and a 3-month lockdown of Wuhan may have had long-term impact on the mental health frontline healthcare workers (HWs). However, there is still lack comparative studies front-line HWs in initial phase 1 month after lifting lockdown. Methods: We recruited 1717 during 2214 lockdown, their baseline characteristics psychiatric these two phases were compared. Furthermore, Pearson's Chi-square test multivariate logistic regression...

In this study, we report the complete mitochondrial genome of red-footed tortoise (Chelonoidis carbonarius). The compete C. carbonarius is 16,639 bp in length, including 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA and two rRNA genes. mitogenome was deposited NCBI GenBank under accession number OQ789392. Furthermore, also constructed a phylogenetic tree Chelonoidis using eight species. These results will aid conservation from perspective genetic evolution.

Deep neural networks (DNNs) and transfer learning (TL) have been used to improve surface electromyogram (sEMG)-based force estimation. However, prior studies focused mostly on applying TL within one joint, which limits dataset size diversity. Herein, we investigated cross-joint between two upper-limb joints with four DNN architectures using sliding windows. We feedforward recurrent models feature engineering learning, respectively. found that the dependencies sEMG are short-term (<400 ms)...

<title>Abstract</title> Pediatric papillary thyroid carcinomas (PPTCs) are with high inter-tumor heterogeneity and currently lack widely adopted recurrence risk stratification criteria. Hence, we propose a machine learning-based objective method to individually predict their risk. We retrospectively collected evaluated the clinical factors proteomes of 83 pediatric benign (PB), 85 malignant (PM) 66 adult (AM) nodules, quantified 10,426 proteins by mass spectrometry. found 243 121...
