運動学習に関する先行研究では,多くの分野で非熟練者と熟練者の筋活動に顕著な差異が報告されている.しかしタスクと独立した学習進度の定量的評価方法は検討されていない.本研究では,運動学習の進度(熟練度)の定量評価を目的とし,広範囲で格子状に筋活動を測定できる多点表面筋電図計測デバイスを開発した.実験では和太鼓の「地打ち」を課題とし,未経験者と熟練者の筋活動を比較した.熟練度の指標として筋活動の効率化に注目し,情報エントロピーを算出した.また全体平均振幅と筋活動分布画像から筋活動の傾向を確認した.結果,熟練者と未経験者の筋活動には差異が見られ,熟練者は瞬発的かつ制御された筋活動を示した.一方で未経験者は活動の不規則性が高く,情報エントロピーの平均値が熟練者に比べて高かった.運動学習よる筋活動変化の過程について,定量的な評価が可能であることが示唆された.
