Although Ochrobactrum anthropi is an opportunistic pathogen in immunocompromised patients, it increasingly being recognized to be a causative agent healthy hosts. In this paper, we report case of O. endocarditis and septic shock patient who had no prosthetic valve or rheumatic heart disease, contrast previous reports.
