To explain the negative capacitance (NC) characteristic of multi-quantum-well (MQW) LEDs, we calculated continuity equation for a 10-period AlGaInP/GaInP LED with mesa size 90 × 150 μm and build an MQW capacitor model. The carrier concentrations capacitance–voltage characteristics across every quantum well region were analyzed by accounting spontaneous, Auger, SRH recombination. In our model, dynamic lifetime iteration method iterative error less than 1 10−14 ns was used to decouple electric...

Monolithic micro LED display arrays show potential for application in small-area modules, such as augmented reality (AR) displays. Due to the short distance between LEDs and monolithic transparent substrate, a light crosstalk phenomenon exists adjacent pixels, decreasing array's definition. In this paper, 64 × GaN array was fabricated on silicon-based drive circuit. The size 20 μm μm, pitch 28 μm. To suppress optical array, we etched photonic crystal structure using focused ion beam (FIB)...

Electrocardiogram (ECG) signals have the characteristics of low amplitude and frequency. A low-power, low-noise voltage amplifier is required for long term ECG monitoring. Chopping technique an efficient approach to decrease 1/f noise CMOS amplifiers, but conventional chopper consumes large power because it a wide-band exceed chopping frequency post low-pass filter modulation noise. Moreover, DC offset created by skin-electrode interface can reach as high ±100mV easily saturate amplifier,...

In order to effectively and flexibly control acoustic pattern, an efficient optimization design method of liquid lens (ALL) is developed by the frame particle swarm (PSO) algorithm. The ALL composed ethanol dimethicone, its parameters include concentration (EC), volume fraction dimethicone (VFD), total (TV). Based on established finite element model orthogonal method, data pattern can be obtained using COMSOL Multiphysics. simulation data, neural network models are constructed characterize...

This paper presents a fully differential low noise amplifier (LNA) and I/Q down-conversion mixers for 3-5 GHz multiband OFDM (MB-OFDM) UWB receivers. The LNA adopts capacitive cross-coupling common-gate (CG) topology to achieve wideband input matching figure (NF). Tuning technique is used in the double-balanced Gilbert mixer realize flat conversion gain whole band. Degeneration inductors are improve linearity. Designed 0.18 mum CMOS technology, achieves NF of 3.2-3.5 dB S11 less than -13 dB....

To alleviate the folded noise caused by coefficient mismatches between two channels of two-channel time-interleaved (TI) ΣΔ modulators and simplify circuit modulators, a novel TI second-order modulator is proposed. A new type transfer function (NTF) which band-pass filter adopted for to reduce noise. The simulation results show that this insensitive channel mismatches. Moreover, only needs three operation amplifiers.

In this paper, a novel 2-3 two-stage fifth-order multi-bit cascade sigma-delta modulator (SDM) architecture is proposed for broadband applications. For low oversampling applications, in order to resolve the problem of sensitivity nonlinear and finite gain operational amplifier (op-amp) traditional SDM architecture, first stage employs second-order low-distortion SDM. While second single-loop third-order instead first-order or SDM, which can simplify analog circuit significantly. The noise...
