In this study novel derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole pyridine coupled with Schiff base were obtained in altered aromatic aldehyde and 4-((5-(pyridin-3-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio)methyl)benzenamine reactions. A series of benzimidazole derivatives were synthesized for this investigation. NMR and IR spectrum analysis as well carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen studies used to characterize these novel derivatives. Antibacterial antifungal tests conducted on all the newly compounds. Ciprofloxacin fluconazole utilized reference medications in antibacterial research, respectively. The microbiological assay revealed that compounds show promising activity.
