Abstract Biostable electronic materials that can maintain their super mechanical and conductive properties, even when exposed to biofluids, are the fundamental basis for designing reliable bioelectronic devices. Herein, cellulose‐derived 2D bio‐nanosheets as base developed assembled into a hydrogel with ultra‐high biostability, capable of surviving in harsh physiological environments. The synthesized by guiding situ regeneration cellulose crystal planar structure using...

The mechanical properties of dissimilar metal joints are strongly related to the brittle intermetallic compounds (IMCs) that form at weld interfaces. In this study, effects temperature, local composition and plastic strain on formation mechanism IMCs in a welded joint between 6061 Al AZ31 Mg were investigated. results demonstrate 3 2 is formed when rate reaches 10 s −1 , even though temperature lower than Al–Mg eutectic which suggests deformation may accelerate zone. Meanwhile, can be...

The TiN(111)/ZrN(111) interface was studied by first‐principles method to provide the theoretical basis for developing TiN/ZrN coatings. Twelve geometry structures of interfaces were established. calculated interfacial work adhesion reveals that N‐terminated TiN/N‐terminated ZrN with TL site shows strongest stability. For this interface, results partial density state indicate chemical bonding at appeals both ionic and covalent characteristic, which is same as in bulk materials. states Zr,...

Pb–C nanocomposites consisting of pyrolytic carbon nanospheres and Pb nanoparticles were produced by discharging a mixture graphite powders in an ethanol Ar atmosphere. Raman spectrum x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy indicated that the carbons are both ordered disordered forms. The atoms removed treatment 65% HNO3 solution to form order have comparison. X-ray diffraction data magnetic measurements revealed magnetism nanosized with different degrees crystallization, which (0 0 2) interlayer...

In the areas of remanufacturing and working conditions with requirements wear corrosion resistance, WC-Co thermal spray coating has a wide applications. WC-10Co-4Cr is an excellent, great application potential as composition. this research, two kinds coatings, WC-12Co WC-10Co-4Cr, were sprayed by high velocity oxygen-flame(HVOF). The phase composition studied X-ray diffraction(XRD). porosity investigated lase confocal scanning microscope(LCSM), micro-hardness measured. results show that,...
