Improvement of left ventricular (LV) diastolic dysfunction (DD) is known to be a good prognostic factor in patients with heart failure reduced ejection fraction (EF). In the present study, we investigated predisposing risk factors affecting reversibility LV filling pattern (DFP) preserved EF.
