Cannulated Screw is a common internal fixation for the treatment of femoral neck fractures. However, traditional implantation method has disadvantages such as inaccuracy and large radiation exposure. Based on anatomical characteristics geometric principles, we develop novel guide device cannulated screws insertion. The cadaver experiment showed that it can improve accuracy implantation, reduce puncture attempts exposure doctors patients.
