Species of Craterellus are interesting and important due to their mycorrhizal properties, medicinal value, edibility. Despite extensive research on in China, its taxonomy remains inadequately understood. This study presents three newly described species Craterellus, namely C. albimarginatus, involutus, longitipes, identified through morphological phylogenetic analyses, with the goal refining Chinese Craterellus.

Abstract The Guizhou golden monkey ( Rhinopithecus brelichi ) is a critically endangered wildlife species, and understanding its diet composition may be useful for assessing feeding strategies. DNA metabarcoding was used to determine the dietary diversity of R. . extracted from 31 faecal samples amplified chloroplast rbcL mitochondrial COI sequenced using Illumina NovaSeq platform. A comparative analysis sequences revealed that five most abundant plant genera were Magnolia , Morinda Viburnum...

The construction of an ecological security pattern is crucial to maintain ecosystem health and stability, with great significance for regional sustainable development. Following the research paradigm "ecological source areas-ecological resistance surfaces-ecological corridors", based on index framework "sensitivity-importance-connectivity", we identified areas, generated surface through graded weighting underlying factors point interest (POI) method, determined corridor, pinch point,...
