Male genital lichen sclerosus (MGLSc) is a chronic and acquired inflammatory dermatosis associated with substantial sexual dysfunction urological morbidity mortality. The age incidence of MGLSc held to be biphasic, peak in infancy another adulthood. A recent review has implied two peaks adulthood (making it triphasic overall); this triphasicity been our emergent clinical impression from voluminous practice.
