${\mathrm{Fe}}_{3}{\mathrm{GeTe}}_{2}$ is a two-dimensional van der Waals bonded layered compound that shows high-temperature itinerant ferromagnetism. We study aspects of the scattering mechanism in single crystal high-${T}_{\text{C}}\phantom{\rule{4pt}{0ex}}{\mathrm{Fe}}_{3}{\mathrm{GeTe}}_{2}$ via resistivity, magnetotransport, and Hall effect measurements. The quadratic temperature dependence electrical resistivity below ${T}_{\text{C}}$ (210 K) points towards dominance electron-magnon...

The concept of realization Weyl points close to the Fermi level in materials with broken time-reversal symmetry has significant theoretical and technological ramifications. Here, we review investigation magneto-transport measurements single crystals magnetic semimetal Co3Sn2S2. We see a turn-on like behaviour followed by saturation resistivity under field low temperature region which is allocated topological surface states. A non-saturating magnetoresistance, linear at high fields, observed...

A discrepancy has been observed between the experimental behavior of electrical resistivity and temperature coefficient as a function film thickness in thin single-crystal silver films when compared with geometrical size effect theory. The attributed to change microstructure shown by transmission electron microscopy study lattice well energy quantization on conduction. calls for an exact calculation role structurally perfect films.

${\mathrm{Co}}_{3}{\mathrm{Sn}}_{2}{\mathrm{S}}_{2}$ has recently emerged as a ferromagnetic Weyl semimetal. Theoretical investigation of the spin-split bands predicted half metallicity in compound. Here, we report detection spin-polarized supercurrent through $\mathrm{Nb}/{\mathrm{Co}}_{3}{\mathrm{Sn}}_{2}{\mathrm{S}}_{2}$ point contact where Andreev reflection is seen to be large, indicating large deviation from metallicity. In fact, analysis spectra reveals very small spin polarization at...

In this paper, we present structural, magnetic, magnetocaloric, and critical study of perovskite La0.7Ag0.2Bi0.1MnO3 (LABMO) nanocrystalline compound synthesized by the sol–gel method. Temperature dependent magnetization measurements reveal significant suppression ferromagnetism in LABMO sample upon Bi-doping on a La-site. The downturn inverse magnetic susceptibility (χ−1) observed just above TC (236 K) paramagnetic regime corroborates presence short-range ferromagnetic correlations, which...
