ABSTRACT
Objective To study the relationship between jejunal-ileum lesions and terminal ileum of patients with isolated small intestinal Crohn disease, to compare clinical endoscopic features having normal those abnormal in disease. Methods The data diagnosed as disease successively receiving colonoscopy bowel capsule endoscopy Nanfang Hospital Southern Medical University from January 2008 October 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The divided into group according result colonoscopy. two groups compared. Results The 62 collected, found all under endoscopy. According colonoscopy, 40 (64.5%) grouped 22 (35.5%) group. had a shorter duration than [68.2%(15/22) VS 12.5%(15/40), P=0.021]. sex age distribution, smoking history, feature, upper gastrointestinal involvement, perianal lesion, behavior, activity index, inflammation markers nutriture no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The by cannot predict for disease. Small is helpful detection We should pay more attention evaluating when have short ileum.
