ABSTRACT
To determine the effect of combination lapatinib with chlorogenic acid on metastasis breast cancer in mouse model. The classical macrophage M2 polarization model induced by interlukin13in vitro was adopted study. Flow cytometric analysis performed to detect expression marker CD206. The transcription M2-associated genes measured RT-PCR. HE staining used analyze metastatic nodes lungs MMTV-PyVT mice. Immunostaining related proteins cancer. The and inhibited CD206 IL-13[(42.17%±2.59%) vs (61.15%±7.58%), P<0.05]. more markedly suppressed gene Ym1 than alone[(0.9±0.1) (1.8±0.0), significantly reduced lung[P<0.05], also decreased percentage CD206(+) cells compared controls[(6.08%±2.60%) vs(29.04%±5.86%), P<0.05].The can effectively inhibit cancer.
