본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로학습이 고용가능성에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 진로학습과 고용가능성의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 4년제 대학 4개교 재학생 300명을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 진로학습은 진로결정자기효능감에 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 진로결정자기효능감 및 고용가능성은 정적 상관관계가 있는 나타났다. 셋째, 분석한 결과, 진로형식학습과 관계에서는 완전매개, 진로무형식학습과 부분매개 효과를 갖는 연구는 진로 전반 활동을 지칭할 수 통합적 개념의 필요성을 인식하고 제안하였다. 진로학습을 구성하는 하위 구성요인을 학습 유형에 따라 진로무형식학습으로 유형화하였다. 각 따른 진로학습의 대한 효과성 분석 매개역할을 검증하였다. 통해 진로학습 경험이 진로결정자기효능감을 높일 있고, 나아가 고용가능성 수준을 향상시킴으로써 궁극적으로 노동시장으로의 원활한 진입을 돕기 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.
