A 3D paddle-wheel type Cu( ii )-based MOF with pcu topology synthesized and used as an efficient photocatalyst for antibiotics photodegradation.
The ability to efficiently detect trace disease biomarkers in whole blood remains an enormous challenge. Researchers have paid more attention the homogeneous electrochemical ratio biosensor due its self-calibration capability and improved detection accuracy. However, proportional sensing is difficult achieve typically requires functional modification of electrode or preparation complex materials. Herein, a dual-signal ratiometric aptamer microswimming device with active capture one-step...
The insertion of arynes into P-O bonds for the preparation o-hydroxy-substituted arylphosphine oxides, -phosphinates, and -phosphonates is described. This novel reaction leads to simultaneous formation C-P C-O in one step with good yields regioselectivities under mild transition-metal-free conditions. easy follow-up transformations resulting o-hydroxyl group extend these reactions facile construction other ortho-substituted arylphosphorus compounds.
Accurate detection of biomarkers in whole blood is an important aspect diagnostic testing but remains a challenge due to various interferences. However, using self-calibrating two-signal strategy offers solution that can overcome interference caused by experimental and environmental factors. Here, we proposed novel microswimmer {methylene blue (MB)@ZIF-90@aptamer-HER2/3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB)@ZIF-90@aptamer-ER}-dual-signal (electrochemical fluorescence) homogeneous sensor based...
Herein, we develop a hemin-functionalized microfluidic chip with dual-electric signal outputs for accurate determination of uric acid (UA). Hemin is designed as the catalyst, which could trigger built-in reference signal. Carbon nanotube (CNT) and alkalinized titanium carbide (alk-Ti3C2Tx) are used attachment substrates to strengthen Benefiting from synergistic action hemin, CNT, alk-Ti3C2Tx, hybrid functionalized sensor shows prominent electrochemical capacity, desirable catalytic activity,...
An unexpected cascade transformation of aminonaphthoquinones with N-substituents bearing a p-methoxybenzyl ether into bridged-ring-fused naphthalenone derivatives is reported. This was initiated by catalytic amount Zn(OTf)2 and involved subsequent functional group migration cyclization. The process proceeded through the cleavage two bonds formation three new in one pot proven to be efficient tolerant various substituents.
A unified and concise approach to the synthesis of nine curvularin-type metabolites two analogues has been developed with few steps high yields. Among them, sumalactones A–D were synthesized for first time. The key in this included esterification, Friedel–Crafts acylation, ring-closing metathesis (or cross metathesis).
The concise total syntheses of the potent HIV inhibitors aetheramides A and B (IC50 values 15 18 nM), as well three pairs their stereoisomers, were achieved, which allowed complete stereochemical assignment for first time. With a longest linear sequence steps, convergent, fully stereocontrolled route provided in 5.3% 3.6% yields, respectively. synthetic strategy features efficient Stille coupling macrocyclization, asymmetric aldol reactions to establish ambiguous stereochemistries at C-17...
Abstract We report the mechanism of asymmetric nitroaldol (Henry) reaction catalyzed by a dinuclear Zn complex using density functional theory. The experimentally proposed catalytic cycle is validated, in which first step deprotonation nitromethane ethyl anion catalyst, subsequently CC bond formation step, and then protonation resulting alkoxide. Three mechanistic scenarios (differing binding modes) have been considered for step. origin enantioselectivity discussed. Our calculations...
The reaction of aromatic aldehyde and 1,3‐cyclohexanedione in aqueous media has been catalyzed by p ‐dodecylbenezenesulfonic acid (DBSA) or sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) yields two products: 9‐aryl‐1, 8‐dioxooctahydroxanthene derivatives 2,2´‐arylmethylene bis (3‐hydroxy‐ 2‐cyclohexene‐1‐one). This method provides several advantages such as good yield, simple work‐up procedure environment friendly.
A concise total synthesis of aetheramide in an overall yield 4.7% with a longest linear sequence 15 steps is described. This synthetic strategy features macrocyclization via intramolecular trapping acylketene generated from dioxinone precursor, and stereoselective late-stage methylation β-ketoamide. Aetheramide B could be synthesized the ester migration A.
Abstract 7α‐Hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (7α‐HSDH) is an NAD(P)H‐dependent oxidoreductase belonging to the short‐chain dehydrogenases/reductases. In vitro , 7α‐HSDH involved in efficient biotransformation of taurochenodeoxycholic acid (TCDCA) tauroursodeoxycholic (TUDCA). this study, a gene encoding novel (named as St‐2‐1) from fecal samples black bear was cloned and heterologously expressed Escherichia coli . The protein has subunits 28.3 kDa native size 56.6 kDa, which suggested homodimer....
