当院乳腺外科に受診される主訴では,自己触知,市町村などでのMMG 検診,開業医などでの施設定期検診発見異常の3つが主である。クーポンによる行政検診が始まっている現在でも,当院では57.1%を超える症例が自己発見である。そもそも乳腺の解学的観点より各領域の腫瘍発生分布が存在することは知られている。発見方法によらず,自然発生分布と発見分布は一致するはずである。症状が認められるまで医療の関与がない自己触知で発見された腫瘍の分布は,最も自然発生分布を反映しうるのではないか。それと比較して,施設検診,MMG(のみによる)検診では,乳腺の各区域の腫瘍発見分布に解離がないか,後ろ向きに検討した。2010年から2021年まで,先述の3つの主訴で当院を受診された3005症例を対象とした。自己触知で発見された症例の内,主たる異常の存在部位をABCDE...
