In 8 villages of rural northeastern Egypt, a 2-year study the etiologic agents associated with episodes diarrhea was carried out. Stool specimens (3,243) from 3,513 were processed for enteropathogens. The most commonly identified in group Giardia lamblia (44%), heat stable enterotoxin (ST)-producing enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) (15%), labile toxin (LT)-producing ETEC (12%), enteropathogenic E. (EPEC) (4%), rotavirus (3%), Shigella (2%) and Salmonella (1%). Isolation rates...

BACKGROUND Acquired hemophilia A (AHA) is a rare hemorrhagic disorder that caused by producing autoantibodies against factor VIII. It usually characterized severe, spontaneous bleeding, which can be life-threatening. The current standard treatments for bleeding prophylaxis are highly effective but accompanied with some disadvantages such as frequent intravenous infusions, high cost, and risk of thromboembolic complications. This paper presents a proposed approach based on an adaptive fuzzy logic controller for precise control of the DC motor speed. In this concern, Direct Adaptive Fuzzy Logic Controller (DAFLC) is estimated from two levels, where lower level uses Mamdani and upper inverse model Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) method in which its output used to adapt parameters level. The implemented using Arduino DUE kit. From practical results, it proved that improves, successfully both performance response disturbance...

Abstract In the present paper, a hybrid deep learning diagonal recurrent neural network controller (HDL-DRNNC) is proposed for nonlinear systems. The HDL-DRNNC structure consists of (DRNN), whose initial values can be obtained through (DL). DL algorithm, which used in this study, algorithm that based on self-organizing map Kohonen procedure and restricted Boltzmann machine. updating weights DRNN are developed using Lyapunov stability criterion. concern, simulation tasks such as disturbance...

In 1982 and 1983, a descriptive environmental survey was conducted in 317 households with newborn infants rural Bilbeis, Egypt. The incidence of infant diarrhea these ascertained by twice-weekly home visits for 1-year period (1981-1982). Using univariate multivariate analyses, the authors identified household factors that were statistically associated incidence, including number children house under 4 years age; persons per household; other family members; having dirt (vs. concrete) dining...
