Adults of the human parasitic trematode Schistosoma mansoni, which causes hepatosplenic/intestinal complications in humans, synthesize glycoconjugates containing Lewis x (Lex) Galbeta1-->4(Fucalpha1-->3)GlcNAcbeta1-->R, but not sialyl (sLex), antigen. We now report on our analyses Lexand sLexexpression S.haematobium and S.japonicum, are two other major species schistosomes that cause disease, possible autoimmunity to these antigens infected individuals. Antigen expression was evaluated by...
PurposeThis study aimed to describe the clinical response five-step systematic therapy (FSST) in management of plugged ducts and mastitis. FSST was a comprehensive milk stasis dredging treatment, which contained five steps make out duct.MethodsThis retrospective included 922 breastfeeding women, 714 with ducts, 208 mastitis who received from June September 2017. The breast pain score, swelling degree, range induration were recorded pre-FSST post-FSST.ResultsAfter single FSST, score degree...
To investigate how to reduce the incidence of biliary complications in rat orthotopic liver transplantation.A total 165 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: Group A, orthotropic transplantation with modified "two-cuff" technique; B, bile duct was cut and reconstructed without transplantation; C, only laparotomy performed. Based on approaches used for reconstruction, A two sub-groups:A1 (n = 30), duct-duct A2 duct-duodenum reconstruction. study influence artery...
Lactational breast abscess, a complication from lactational mastitis, is common cause of breastfeeding discontinuation. No consensus has been reached regarding the necessity antibiotics in this disease. The purpose trial to determine if surgical drainage non-inferior together with standard course antibiotics, treatment abscess.Breastfeeding females abscess 18 50 years old are eligible for study inclusion. An expected number 306 patients will be randomly allocated parallel intervention arm...
Abstract Background The aim of this study was to conduct an in silico analysis a novel compound heterozygous variant breast cancer susceptibility gene 2 (BRCA2) clarify its structure–function relationship and elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying triple-negative (TNBC). Methods A tumor biopsy sample obtained from 42-year-old Chinese woman during surgery, maxBRCA™ test conducted using patient’s whole blood. We experimentally determined 3D structure (1mje.pdb) BRCA2 protein Protein...
<title>Abstract</title> The roles of donor liver natural killer (NK) cells in allogeneic transplantation remains controversial. Herein, we investigated the effects NK on allograft tolerance by using and spleen T cell co-culture vitro experiments rat orthotopic model. CD8+ exhibited higher apoptotic rate up-regulated expression CD95 molecules when co-cultured with vitro, indicating that might induce apoptosis via vitro. transplant model showed recipients immunity, had better survival, less...
We report a rare case of duodenal pseudolymphoma without any symptoms. The lesion located in front the head pancreas was found accidentally during medical examination. findings computed tomography and positron emission tomography-computed suggested stromal tumor or malignant lymphoma. Surgical resection performed. lesions were pathologically diagnosed as pseudolymphoma.
Abstract Introduction: Plugged ducts and mastitis are common conditions in lactating women. Milk excretion relief of local symptoms equally important for the treatment plugged mastitis. This study aimed to describe clinical response 5-step systematic therapy (FSST) management mastitis. FSST was a comprehensive milk stasis dredging treatment, which contained five steps make out duct. Materials Methods: This retrospective included 922 breastfeeding women, 714 with 208 who received at breast...
Objective To study the influencing factors of biliary complications after rat orthotopic liver transplantation and to provide evidence for establishment more stable animal models. Methods Eighty-seven male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into bile duct reconstruction transplant group, duodenal non-transplant group with hepatic artery ligation, sham-operated including 48 in groups, 36 groups 3 group. The samples collected 14 d operation or right on time any significant...
Objective To investigate the survival of donor hepatic NK cells labeled with carboxyfluorescein diacetate succiminidyl ester (CFSE) after transfusion into isogenic rats via portal vein (PV).Methods The fresh isolated from SD were identified by anti-rat NKR-P1 antibody staining. 1 × 106/mL CFSE in vitro transfused recipient vein. Recipient liver and spleen tissues harvested for detection fluorescence on day to 15 transfusion. Portal blood was collected observation ratio lymphocytes...
Background: World Health Organization guidelines recommend maintaining breastfeeding if a woman develops breast abscess, because of benefits to her recovery and the infant's health. However, clinical staff weaning promote faster from abscess. The purpose this study was determine whether after development abscess has any influence on resolution Methods: records 212 patients who were developed treated at Guangzhou Women Children's Medical Center January 2018 December 2019 retrospectively...
Abstract Background In puberty breast intraductal papilloma was rare, but the pathological changes of combined with fibroadenoma in duct lumen were even less reported. Herein we reported a case adolescent benign disease that contained two features neoplasm same and discussed its clinical course. Case presentation A 13-year-old female presented to our hospital spontaneous bloody discharge left nipple. On examination, 2.5cmx1.5cm mass could be palpable under nipple, single-hole seen by...
