The Glucocorticoid-induced posterior subcapsular cataracts (GIC) is a common complication of patients received glucocorticoid treatment in clinic. We find that dexamethasone (DEX) induces lens epithelial cells' ferroptosis. DEX increases intracellular ferroptosis signatures cell line vitro as well rat vivo. inhibition by liproxstatin-1 reduces the incidence DEX-induced GIC. Si3N4 ceramics have been fabricated through pressureless sintering and hot-pressing with MgSiN2-Y2O3 or only MgSiN2 as additive, respectively.
