Ce texte propose un court aperçu clinique permettant de confirmer la nécessité d'une prise en charge pluridisciplinaire des mineurs transgenres et leur famille. Si demande est, a priori, même d'un jeune à l'autre, les variations interindividuelles nous permettent d'ouvrir réflexion sur pluralité expressions psychiques jeunes. Cette demandes invite poursuivre le développement recherches autour prises afin d'accompagner au mieux l'individu dans sa singularité.
