目的: 探讨儿童幼年型粒层细胞瘤(JGCT)的临床病理特征及预后。 方法: 回顾性分析华中科技大学同济医学院附属武汉儿童医院1999至2018年收治的8例JGCT的临床、病理资料及随访情况。 结果: 7例女性,1例男性。患者年龄最大8岁,最小2个月。JGCT表现为粒层细胞和卵泡膜细胞弥漫性或滤泡样增生,瘤细胞常出现黄素化,一般不见Call-Exner小体。细胞核具有异型性,核分裂象常见,罕见核沟。免疫组织化学波形蛋白、CD99、α-抑制素、Calretinin阳性,上皮细胞膜抗原阴性。7例获得随访,随访时间1~8年,均健康存活。 结论: JGCT为一种少见的肿瘤,细胞异型性较明显。睾丸JGCT预后良好;卵巢JGCT的预后可能取决于临床分期和年龄。.
