The efficacy of abdominal ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), and exfoliative cytology for determining the cause unexplained ascites is limited. Peritoneal biopsy under laparoscopy helpful diagnosis [1]. Herein, we present a novel technique percutaneous endoscopic peritoneal (PEPB), which was performed in 67-year-old woman with ascites.
：Objective To discuss therole of assistance intraoperative uitrasonography in ret-roperitoneal laparoscopicnephron-sparing surgery for renal tumors.
