본 시험은 제주지역에서 동계사료작물(이탈리안 라이그라스 및 귀리)의 단파 혼파시 사초생산성과 사료가치를 평가하기 위해 국립축산과학원 제주출장소 조사료포장에서 2003년 10월 상순부터 2004년 6월 중순까지 수행하였다. 시험처리는 예취횟수를 주구로 하여 1회 예취구, 2회 예취구 2수준으로 하고 세구는 혼파방법으로 이탈리안 단파구(T1), 귀리 단파구(T2), 25%+귀리 75%(T3), 50%+귀리 50%(T4), 75%+귀리25%(75) 혼파구 등 5처리로 한 분할구 배치 3반복으로 실시하였다. 처리별 예취시 생육상태는 예취구(5/19)의 라이그라스는 유숙기, 귀리는 황숙기였으며, 1번초 예취시(4월 14일)의 출수직전이었고 출수초기였으며, 2번초 예취시(5월 28일)의 출수기, 유숙기 상태에서 수확을 하였다. 건물생산량은 예취구의 평균 18,680 kg에 비해 예취구는 16,771 kg으로 유의적인 차이(p<0.01)를 보였으며, 예취구에서는 귀리가 높은 생산량을 보인...
본 연구는 시설재배 아스파라거스를 대상으로 acetamiprid 입상수화제의 잔류특성을 규명하고 그에 따른 안전사용기준 설정의 기초자료를 확보하고자 수행하였다. Acetamiprid의 잔류량은 7-8월 시설재배지의 입경 전과 후 상태가 되도록 제작하고 수확 7일전 1회 살포하여 1-2일 간격으로 5회에 거쳐 어린 줄기를 수확한 분석하였다. 그 결과, 아스파라거스 모두에서 살포당일 acetamiprid의 0.27 mg/kg과 0.14 mg/kg으로 적용되는 최저 잔류허용기준인 0.1 mg/kg 보다 높은 것으로 확인되었으나, 3일이 경과하였을 때는 잔류허용기준 낮은 0.08 0.03 수준임을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 살포 5일이 연구의 정량한계인 0.02 낮아져 검출이 되지 않았다. 이러한 결과로 미루어볼 때 아스파라거스에서 반감기는 입경과 무관하게 1-3일 정도로 짧음을 알 따라서 입상수화제를 아스파라거스에 7일전에 살포하는 것은 아스파라거스의 농약잔류 안전성에 문제가 않을...
