An extended theory of planned behavior (TPB) was used to predict young people's intentions donate money charities in the future. Students ( N = 210; 18–24 years) completed a questionnaire assessing their attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control (PBC), moral obligation, past behavior, and toward donating money. Regression analyses revealed that TPB explained 61% variance Attitude, PBC, predicted intentions, representing future targets for charitable‐giving interventions.
